Oj…chyba nadszedł czas żeby je wywołać i umieścić w pudełku. A potem umilać popołudnia popijając herbatę, smakując tartę i przeglądając zdjęcia.

Idealnie do tego zestawu pasuje tarta z ricottą, czekoladą i jagodami. Delikatna w smaku z aromatem cytrynowym.

Ciasto

  • 270 gramów mąki
  • 100 gramów miękkiego masła
  • 1 jajko
  • 80 gramów cukru pudru
  • forma do tarty – posmarowana masłem i oprószona mąką

Krem

  • 500 gramów serka ricotta
  • 3 łyżki cukru pudru
  • pół laski wanilii
  • skórka starta z 2 średnich cytryn

  • jagody mrożone (mogą być inne owoce)

Ricotta and blueberries tart

Zagnieć ciasto z podanych składników, odstaw na pół godziny do lodówki. Następnie wyciągi i rozwałkuj na cienko, wyłóż nim formę na tartę o szerokości ok. 26 cm. Wyłóż papierem do pieczenia i wysyp makaron lub fasolę, aby obciążyć dno. Piecz w 180ºC przez 8-10 min, następnie zdejmij papier z makaronem i dopiecz jeszcze przez ok 5-8 minut, aż ciasto będzie złote. Wyciągi przykryj ściereczką, niech stygnie.

Psst.

Meringue, meringue, meringue

Składniki:
Beza:

  • 3 białka
  • 175 gramów cukru

Masa:

  • 300 ml śmietany 30%
  • 250 gramów serka mascarpone
  • 1 łyżeczka cukru pudru

Owoce:
maliny, jagody, jeżyny

Meringue, meringue, meringuePrzygotowanie:
Nagrzewamy piekarnik do 140°C, przed wstawieniem bezy zmniejszamy do 130°C.

Ubijamy białka, aż zamienią się puszystą chmurę i dodajemy stopniowo cukier, aż masa zgęstnieje i będzie lśniła.

Wykładamy masę na papier do pieczenia tworząc krater, wstawiamy do piekarnika na godzinę na sam dół. Po godzinie zostawiamy bezę w wyłączonym piekarniku, aż wyschnie.

Ubij bitą śmietanę, na końcu dodaj ser mascarpone i 1 łyżeczkę cukru pudru.
Wypełni bezę kremem, udekoruj ulubionymi owocami.

Jak Wy jakie mieliście przygody w kuchni?

Meringue, meringue, meringueIt was rainy, gray Wednesday. For this kind of weather the best is the meringue with whipped cream and frozen fruit. Melting in mouth.

I made my first meringue few years ago. I found the recipe in the book, I whipped the egg whites, added sugar and coconut shreds. With a smile on my face I set up the oven and started counting down the time. Two hours later I pulled out of the oven … scrambled eggs with coconut shreds. Flat, yellow mass with sticking out coconut shreds, here’s my first meringue! I’m laughing with you … I was looking for a perfect recipe, I checked, tested, tried, and found. Mary Berry’s recipe for free is fantastic and it always works. I do not add only the end of vinegar with corn flour.

Ingredients:

Meringue:

  • 3 egg whites
  • 175 grams of sugar

Cream:

  • 300 ml sour cream 30%
  • 250 grams mascarpone
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar

Fruits:
raspberries, berries, blackberries

Preparation:

Heat oven to 140°C, before putting in the meringue into the oven trun the heat to 130°C.

Whisk the egg whites with a hand mixer until they form fluffy cloud, then whisk in little by little the sugar, until the meringue looks glossy.

Spread the meringue on a banking paper creating a crater by making the sides a little higher than the middle. Bake for one hour, then turn off the heat and let the merigue cool completely inside the oven.

Whisk the cream with a hand mixer, in the end add mascarpone and 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar.

Fill in meringue with cream and add fruits that you like.

Did you have any adventures in the kitchen?

  • 5-8 nitek szafranu
  • ¼ łyżeczki cynamonu
  • ¼ łyżeczki kurkumy
  • 2-3 ziarna kardamonu
  • 3-4 goździki
  • pół soku z cytryny
  • 2 łyżeczki miodu
  • 0,5 cm imbiru pokrojony w kawałki

Teapot full of sun

Teapot full of sunPrzygotowanie:

Zagotuj wodę, przelej odpowiednią ilość dzbanka. Następnie dodaj wszystkie składniki poza szafranem. W małym kubku wlej odrobinę wody, wrzuć szafran. Zamieszaj, nawet kilka razy, szafran po chwili puści swój kolor i odżywcze substancje. Następnie przelej do dzbanka. Nalej do filiżanki złoty napar. Dzbanek można podgrzewać, a przed kolejną porcja naparu zamieszaj zawartość dzbanka.

Take your favourite book (or maybe you would like to see some good movie), warm, nice in touch blanket (where is spring..?), sit comfortably on a couch, lie back. On a tea table put a teapot with delicious brew full of sun. Enjoy the moment. Have a nice weekend!

Ingredients:

  • 375 ml hot water
  • 5-8 saffron threads
  • cinammon ¼ of teaspoon
  • half of lemon
  • honey 2 teaspoons
  • cardamom 2-3 seeds
  • curcuma ¼ of teaspoon
  • 3-4 cloves
  • 0,5 cm fresh ginger cut in to pieces

Preparation:

Boil water, pour appropriate amount of water to the teapot. Next add all ingredients except saffron. To small cup pour some water and add saffron. Stir, in few moments saffron will give its colour and nutritional substances.  Put the liquid to the pot. Stir all. Curcuma does not dissolve in water, it will fall to the bottom. Pour golden- sunny brew to a tea cup. Teapot can be heated, before pouring another portion mix the brew first.

Enjoy!

Takie domowej, ciężkiej, słodkiej z bitą śmietaną i piankami.  O każdej innej porze dnia też jest pyszna 🙂

I’m breathing still frosty air, relishing the moment. The city is asleep. I like night walks with dog. We are accompanied by the moon, star constellations, and from time to time we meet our favourite amstaff girl which is an old lady but comes to life for a few moments to play with Tori.
After returning home, even though I know what you will say: it’s late, it’s not healthy … but once in a while you can… I like to drink a cup of hot chocolate. Homemade, heavy, sweet with whipped cream and marshmallows. At any other time of the day it is delicious 🙂

Ingredients:

  • ¾ condensed sweeten milk
  • 4 tea spoons cocoa powder
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 50 grams of dark chocolate
  • marshmallows (optional)
  • whipped cream

Preparation:

Put sweeten milk into the pot, whisk in cocoa. Put pot on a heat, add milk, mix while heating. When mixture will get warmer add crushed chocolate. Mix until it melts.

And so, sitting on the couch I walk through corners of the world, searching for pieces of history closed in building facades, colours in the surrounding nature, sunsets, stars in the sky.
