Oj…chyba nadszedł czas żeby je wywołać i umieścić w pudełku. A potem umilać popołudnia popijając herbatę, smakując tartę i przeglądając zdjęcia.

Idealnie do tego zestawu pasuje tarta z ricottą, czekoladą i jagodami. Delikatna w smaku z aromatem cytrynowym.

  • 100 gramów miękkiego masła

Zagnieć ciasto z podanych składników, odstaw na pół godziny do lodówki. Następnie wyciągi i rozwałkuj na cienko, wyłóż nim formę na tartę o szerokości ok. 26 cm. Wyłóż papierem do pieczenia i wysyp makaron lub fasolę, aby obciążyć dno. Piecz w 180ºC przez 8-10 min, następnie zdejmij papier z makaronem i dopiecz jeszcze przez ok 5-8 minut, aż ciasto będzie złote. Wyciągi przykryj ściereczką, niech stygnie.

Psst.

Dodaj jagody.

Ciesz się po południem.

Ricotta and blueberries tart

Do you still print pictures? Every day we store countless numbers of captured moments. We storage them on various storage media, adding new folders but we come back to them sporadically. I have a folder on the desktop: to print. From time to time I look there and add photos, smilig. Printed photos have some sort of magic. Well … it’s time to print them and put them in a box. And then on afternoons while enjoying tea and eating delicious tart you can look and photos.
Ideally suited to this set is a tart with ricotta, chocolate and blueberries. Delicate in taste with lemon flavour.

Pastry

  • 270 grams of flour
  • 100 grams of soft butter
  • 1 egg
  • 80 grams of icing sugar
  • tart tin – greasedwith butter and sprinkled with flour

Cream

  • 500 grams of ricotta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of icing sugar
  • seeds scraped from ½ vanilla bean
  • The membrane is taken from 2 medium lemons
  • 3 dark chocolate cubes melted in a water bath
  • frozen blueberries (or other fruits)

Knead the dough form the following components, set aside for half an hour in the refrigerator. Take the pastry out of fridge and roll it thin. Gently lift the pastry into the tin, approx. 26 cm wide. Put the baking paper on the pastry and spread the pasta or beans to the bottom. Bake at 180ºC for 8-10 minutes, then remove the pasta paper and continue baking for about 5-8 minutes until the dough is golden brown. Cover the pastry with a kitchen tovel, let it cool down.

Psst…If the pastry tears, don’t worry, just pat it back in place with your fingers.

Cream
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix for a moment.

Place cream in to the tart, put teasoon into the choclate and make signs on the top of the ricotta, add berries.

Enjoy your afternoon!
