Ciasta Wielkanocne upieczone, jajka pomalowane? Jesteście gotowi na jutrzejsze poranne Świętowanie? U mnie dopiero sernik wyszedł z piekarnika..w tym roku Świąteczne Zajączki chyba wzięły wolne. Życzę Wam smacznego Jajeczka, a dzisiaj zapraszam na pieczonego łososia z nutą sosu teriyaki. Chyba czas zacząć odliczać dni do lata…trzeba zadbać o formę nie tylko ciała, ale i zmysłów.

Pieczony Łosoś z nutą sosu teriyaki

Składniki na dwie osoby:

  • ok. 300 g Łososia
  • 2 marchewki
  • pół brokuła
  • 100 g ryżu jaśminowego
  • imbir marynowany 2-3 łyżeczki
  • 3 łyżki sosu teriyaki
  • sezam 2 łyżki
  • pieprz
  • sok z ćwiartki cytryny

Przygotowanie:

Ryż gotujemy zgodnie z opisem na opakowaniu. Łososia polewamy sosem i posypujemy 1 łyżką sezamu. Wstawiamy do piekarnika nagrzanego do 180°C na 25 minut. Brokuły obgotowujemy 5-8 minut w gorącej wodzie, a marchewki ścieramy na tarce o małych oczkach.

Łososia podaj z porcją brokuł, ryżu, marchewki i imbirem marynowanym. Rybę można dodatkowo polać sosem Teriyaki, posypać łyżeczką sezamku i skropić sokiem z cytryny. Ciało zadowolone i dusza też!

Baked Salmon with a hint of teriyaki sauce

Easter cakes baked, eggs painted? Are you ready for tomorrow’s celebration? If you wanna ask me the same question, well, cheesecake came out of the oven…I think Easter Bunnies took the time off. Have a nice Easter Egg celebration, but today I invite you to a baked salmon with a hint of Teriyaki sauce. I think it’s time to start counting down the days until summer …It’s time to take care of the form not only of the body but also of the senses.

Ingredients for two people:

  • approx. 300 g salmon
  • 2 carrots
  • half of the broccoli
  • 100 g jasmine rice
  • pickled ginger 2-3 teaspoons
  • 3 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce
  • sesame 2 teaspoons
  • pepper
  • juice from a quarter of a lemon

Preparation:

Cook the rice as described on the package. Pour on salmon sauce and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds. Put in an oven preheated to 180°C for 25 minutes. Boil broccoli for 5-8 minutes in hot water, and carrots grate (small holes).

Serve the salmon with a portion of broccoli, rice, carrot and ginger. The fish can be additionally poured with teriyaki sauce, sprinkle with a spoon of sesame and drizzle with lemon juice. The body is satisfied and the soul too!
